The protagonist in "Tuck Everlasting" was Winnie and Mae.They both started out as two different characters in two unlikely stories but united to form one story.

Minor Characters

2 minor characters were Angust Mae's  husband and the two sons,Miles and Jesse.They were all a family including Mae who lived forever no matter what.

Two major settings in the book were the woods and the Tuck's house.

The point of view in the book  was first person.The only person telling the story was the narrator.The whole story was told and non of the characters were telling the story.

Imagery:Imagery was used when Winnie describes the hot day after she gets out of the jail cell.

Plot

Exposition:The exposition starts when Winnie finds Jesse in the woods.
Rising Action:The rising action is started when Winnie leaves beliving she is being kidnapped by the Tucks.The only they took her was to explain their secret.
Climax:The climax was That the man in the yellow jacket was trying to tell everyone the Tucks secret.
Falling Action:The falling action was when Mae went to jail and Winnie took her place so she can escape.
Resolution:At the end 10 nyears later the tucks come back and find out Winnie had died.
